Lobster Salad with Avocado and Mango

Lobster Salad with Avocado and Mango

What you’ll need:
1/3 cup mayonnaise (or less—you can add to taste if you’d prefer)
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup cooked lobster meat, diced
salad greens
1 Hass avocado, sliced
1 mango, sliced
lime wedges, for serving

How to make it:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, coriander, and lime juice. Stir in the lobster.
2. Spoon the lobster salad onto a bed of greens. Arrange the avocado and mango around the lobster. Serve with lime wedges.
