Hydrate Smarter, Perform Better with Skratch Labs
Skratch Labs specialises in sports nutrition that boosts your performance without upsetting your stomach, using real food from scratch. Because our bodies are made up of 60-75% water, we lose hydration rapidly when we sweat. Just replacing the water isn’t enough to avoid cramping or fatigue. Skratch’s Sport Hydration Drink Mix precisely replaces what you lose, with less sugar, more sodium and real fruit for flavour, absorbing faster than water to keep you performing at your best.
